Well Placed On Old Church Street London
by Liza Laserow
After a long brake (way too long) we are now back. It has been a lot of traveling and work and of course some fun as well. We will start of the summer with a new category: Well Placed. Here we will present interiors that includes well placed antiques.
First out is a talented friend (soon to launch her own jewelry collection) of ours living in London. She has a great eye (as you can see) and with accent colors like gray, burnt orange and black together with crisp white she has built an amazing atmosphere. In the living room a beautiful Swedish early 19th Century armchair is placed next to the modern sofa and in the contemporary bathroom she has used a Swedish Gustavian gilt wood mirror from the Gustavian period (1790-1810). The worn gilt wood pops perfectly on the black painted wall and its a small detail that gives a lot of warmth to the black and white bathroom.
